The Accommodation

A self contained annex with an ensuite bathroom and guest parking. The bedroom and living area overlook the garden.

The facilities include:

A double bed

A dining area. Tea and fresh ground coffee making facilities, and a frdge stocked with milk and fruit juice. Breakfast is brought to you in the annex, or you may choose to have it outside if you wish

A lounge area with a divan settee which converts into a sprung double bed

A flat screen digital television with access to all digital channels

Free Internet access (for a nominal charge we can usually provide a laptop and /or a Skype mic)

Various books, including many on the Newlyn school artists from Lamorna and West Cornwall.
We have a large library of books in the house, just ask to borrow some if nothing on the shelf appeals to you

If you have a baby or an infant we can provide a travel cot

If you have any special requirements, let us know when you book, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs

I am afraid we do not accept pets and the accommodation is non smoking. However you are more than welcome to smoke in the garden
